Job Overview:
The Chief Supply Chain Officer will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our supply chain and light manufacturing organization. As a key member of the executive team, the Chief Supply Chain Officer will collaborate with other leaders to establish and meet business objectives, driving the company's growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of all supply chain and light manufacturing operations; develop and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve desired results.
2. Industry Standards Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols, ensuring compliance to minimize risks and ensure the safety of associates.
3. Process Improvement: Monitor and evaluate workflow and assembly methods; implement necessary process improvements in supply chain and manufacturing areas.
4. Performance and Quality Goals: Ensure that supply chain and light manufacturing performance and quality goals are consistently met.
5. Contract Negotiations: Act as the primary company representative in contract negotiations for transportation and third-party logistics (3PL).
6. Production Management: Oversee all aspects of production, including equipment purchases, work schedules, and material requirements.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team and stakeholders to enhance profitability and implement business-expanding strategies.
8. Facilities Management: Manage facilities across the organization, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
9. Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver timely and accurate performance reports to the executive team.
10. Talent Development: Cultivate and provide opportunities for rising talent within the organization, fostering a culture of growth and development.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; applicable certification(s) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in Supply Chain/Operations with advanced functional knowledge.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to utilize job-specific software/hardware/programs.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain the trust of stakeholders at all levels.
