**About the Role**

At Wesco International, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution and effective issue escalation.
  • Process payments and handle customer complaints in a fair and respectful manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Additionally, eligible employees may participate in an incentive plan and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
