**Join Our Team as a Front Desk Agent at The Georgian Hotel**
We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to serve as our Front Desk Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, managing room assignments, and ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests.
About the Position:
- Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Process room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with valuable information and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
