Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Member Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our members, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, programs, and activities that enhance the member experience and foster a sense of community.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of member requests and events.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the member experience.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
