Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Member Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our members, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Member Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute events, programs, and activities that enhance the member experience and foster a sense of community.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of member requests and events.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the member experience.
- Customer Service: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
