Nurse Manager

As a Nurse Manager at Jamie Grayem, you will oversee the daily operations of our 24-hour departments, ensuring high-quality patient care services that meet the needs of our members. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical standards of care, managing budgets, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the operations of 24-hour departments, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain clinical standards of care and practice, ensuring high-quality patient care services.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staff, ensuring efficient use of human and material resources.
• Develop and implement processes to improve patient care results and reduce costs.
• Lead and develop a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring ongoing staff development and training.
Requirements:
• Minimum four (4) years of clinical nursing experience, including four (4) years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Masters Degree in Nursing earned through a direct entry MSN program.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire, with Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two (2) years of management experience, with a strong preference for experience in a union environment.
• One (1) year of Magnet/shared governance experience, with a strong preference for experience in a bargaining environment.
• One (1) year of managing in a bargaining environment, with a strong preference for experience in a union environment.
• Masters degree preferred, with an MSN or MHA or MBA level and/or CNOR designation.
Salary and Benefits:
• Competitive salary range of $185,000 - $225,000 per year, with a 20K signing bonus.
