Nursing Department Manager - Operating Room

At Necnic Group, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Department Manager to lead our Operating Room team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of nursing services and ensuring safe patient care within the assigned department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to establish and maintain patient care and service standards.
  • Monitor department budgets and identify strategies to reduce costs while improving quality of care.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of nurses and support staff.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and resolve human resource and risk management issues.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality within the department.
Requirements:
  • California RN license.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • BSN or MSN degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-time equivalent OR RN experience in an acute care setting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time equivalent OR Manager or Supervisor experience in Periop, preferably in the main Operating Room.
Compensation:
  • Competitive compensation: $148,800 - $197,340 per year.
  • Excellent comprehensive benefits, including a sign-on bonus of 10% of the annual salary.
