Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Manager to lead our Inpatient Rehabilitation Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing operational and clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of personnel and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • 8 years of recent relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in clinical operations and patient care services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make sound business decisions.
