Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee the comprehensive management of specific aircraft maintenance tasks as designated by the Director of Maintenance, with the goal of minimizing delays and boosting productivity and efficiency. Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring each aircraft project is executed with maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Training and guiding team members in the proper procedures, methods, and practices relevant to their roles.
  • Maintaining all shop equipment and tools in optimal working condition.
  • Keeping the Repair Station premises organized and clean.
  • Overseeing the effective and efficient utilization of all mechanics within the Aircraft Program Group.
  • Assessing departmental operations and recommending enhancements in quality, productivity, and employee relations. You will implement programs and procedures aimed at achieving excellence in quality, in line with our Quality Assurance standards.
  • Evaluating the performance of Project Managers under your supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 2 years of college education.
  • Mandatory: Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
  • Experience: 5 years in commercial aviation maintenance or equivalent military aviation experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
