- Represent the Company: Represent the Research Council at industry events, conferences, and forums, enhancing visibility and credibility.
- Experience in Web3/DeFi/Crypto: At least 2 years of experience in the web3, DeFi, or crypto space.
- Technical Selling Experience: Proven technical selling experience, with a track record of success in this area.
- Deal-Closing and Goal-Oriented: A strong track record of managing partners, closing deals, and overachieving goals.
- Fast-Paced Environment Comfort: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Strong Time Management and Organization: Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality.
- Remote Work Experience: Experience working remotely with a global team, with a preference for candidates based in the Americas or European time zones.
