Regional Services Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage regional teams responsible for the operational execution of a specific business segment. Provide strategic direction and drive efforts to harmonize policies, practices, and procedures across teams. Assess team performance and facilitate training, site evaluations, quality assessments, and safety incident investigations.
Core Duties:
- Implement initiatives for a segment of the business operating within local offices across the region.
- Ensure consistent operations and practices of regional teams through training, inspections, and workload management.
- Evaluate team performance via site visits, safety incident investigations, quality assessments, and performance metrics.
- Offer leadership and guidance on operational practices and resource utilization to local management.
- Collaborate with other Regional Managers to develop and deliver coordinated services across all regions.
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity of regional teams, providing recommendations for enhancements to management.
- Support local offices with marketing initiatives related to the business segment, including pricing strategies and planning.
- Engage in the recruitment, interviewing, and selection process for regional team members.
- Manage project-related risks, ensuring contracts are signed and executed before work commences. Uphold adherence to corporate risk policies and practices.
- Communicate safety initiatives, rules, and guidelines for the office or region, holding managers and employees accountable for compliance.
- Encourage continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality control standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology, along with a minimum of 10 years of related experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 14 years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable violation history.
