- Budget and Inventory Management: Handle budgets, maintain inventory, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and uphold company policies and documentation.
- Process Reporting: Monitor and report on the implementation of changes within the company's operational processes.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and address operational and tactical risks and challenges.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage diverse teams and projects across various business sectors.
- Productivity Monitoring: Assess and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the operations department.
- Customer Interaction: Record customer feedback and service technician notes.
- Service Call Coordination: Arrange service calls with clients and field teams.
- Dispatch Tracking: Monitor dispatch service calls and track arrival times.
- Communication: Liaise with field teams and customers regarding special requests or specific details.
- Service Call Management: Create and modify service calls as necessary.
- Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and customer service orientation.
- Proven team leadership skills with experience in training and delegating tasks.
- At least 1 year of experience in a service dispatch role is preferred.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment is essential.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Ability to work well with individuals in dynamic and high-pressure situations.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills are a must.
