  • Budget and Inventory Management: Handle budgets, maintain inventory, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and uphold company policies and documentation.
  • Process Reporting: Monitor and report on the implementation of changes within the company's operational processes.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and address operational and tactical risks and challenges.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage diverse teams and projects across various business sectors.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Assess and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the operations department.
  • Customer Interaction: Record customer feedback and service technician notes.
  • Service Call Coordination: Arrange service calls with clients and field teams.
  • Dispatch Tracking: Monitor dispatch service calls and track arrival times.
  • Communication: Liaise with field teams and customers regarding special requests or specific details.
  • Service Call Management: Create and modify service calls as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Proven team leadership skills with experience in training and delegating tasks.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a service dispatch role is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment is essential.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Ability to work well with individuals in dynamic and high-pressure situations.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills are a must.
