Key Responsibilities:

The Supply Manager - Talent Sourcing & Acquisition will lead the acquisition of experiences to the platform through research, curation, and sourcing of high-quality, in-demand experiences hosted by expert hosts. This role will manage the supply acquisition funnel and work directly with a team of vendors to deliver month-over-month supply goals globally.

Key Skills:

  • Project Management: Manage the development, planning, production, and execution of supply acquisition projects, including timelines, schedules, milestones, estimates, budgets, and action items across multiple inputs.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in experiences via entertainment and travel industries and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
  • Inclusivity: Foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment where all team members and stakeholders feel safe and empowered to do their best work.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across team members and stakeholders, including senior leadership, providing regular project updates and proactively flagging any issues or blockers.
  • Project Documentation: Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including project briefs, schedules, budgets, estimates, resource plans, and status updates.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership to coordinate and manage sourcing, acquisition, and production professionals to support the acquisition of experiences as needed.
  • Support training methods, questions, and needs of vendors to integrate into TalentBurst's data tracking systems.
  • Create acquisition and sales guidebooks to maintain on-brand quality acquisition methods and criteria.
  • Attend experiences to improve supply quality.
