Job Summary

NANA Regional Corp is seeking a highly skilled Detention Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our detention facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of detainees, staff, and the facility as a whole.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of detention officers to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any safety or security concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of detention officers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on facility performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a detention officer and 2 years of successful experience in field supervision.
  • US citizen or permanent resident with a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
