Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Center Supervisor to join our team at Miami Beach Medical Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of daily center operations, providing administrative leadership, and supervising team members to deliver exceptional care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas for improvement within departments and centers.
  • Assist in interviewing, selecting, evaluating, coaching, and training team members.
  • Onboard new team members and provide training.
  • Handle Physicians' scheduling and cancellations.
  • Maintain effective communication among team members regarding changes and updates of physician schedules.
  • Coordinate activities such as patient birthdays and holiday events.
  • Supervise the Patient Registration process for accuracy.
  • Manage patient flow with the Medical Assistant team lead.
  • Assist with timekeeping and employee requests.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory agencies.
  • Send Daily Morning Pulse and complete daily center checklists.
  • Monitor daily huddles and keep fire drills and dental logs updated.
  • Assist with inventory management and place orders as needed.
  • Confirm transportation lists and ensure phones are answered professionally.
  • Process Daily Task Reports and follow up with team members.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of medical office or healthcare administrative experience.
  • MS Office programs experience.
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work independently and use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and bilingual skills preferred.
