Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with PNC's digital and technology teams to enhance the capabilities that improve the digital experience for clients and advisors.

• Work alongside third-party vendors to create a seamless end-to-end account opening process for PNC Financial Advisors.

• Manage ongoing maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct testing to ensure the account opening process is fully functional.

• Develop and sustain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and third-party vendors to guarantee successful delivery and continuous support for new tools and capabilities.

• Define business requirements leveraging both PNCI and industry knowledge.
