Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new prospects to build your own client portfolio through value-added services
  • Enhance client relationships through proactive outreach
  • Conduct market research and product evaluations
  • Analyze client data for informed decision-making
  • Perform SWOT analysis to assess clients' overall financial health
  • Craft and present tailored client recommendations
  • Oversee the firm's social media marketing initiatives
  • Transform leads into loyal clients
  • Assist with account-related documentation
  • Support clients in maximizing or developing their own benefits packages
  • Manage all Life and Disability Insurance cases
  • Achieve proficiency in advanced college planning techniques

Qualifications

Kestra Financial Independent Advisor is in search of a full-time, seasoned financial advisor to help broaden its market presence in a promising niche. The ideal candidate should be capable of working autonomously and contributing to various core business functions.

Requirements

  • Possession of Series 7, 66, and 63 licenses
  • State Insurance Licenses (Life, Accident & Health)
  • CFP designation is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Emoney, Riskalyze, and Redtail software is beneficial
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial advisor
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the financial sector, products, regulations, and overall landscape
  • A transferable book of business is essential
