  • Evaluating the placement readiness of graduates and former trainees, while offering suitable referrals and support services aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring prompt placement and retention of assigned individuals in quality employment, military service, or further educational opportunities.
  • Facilitating job development through proactive engagement with employers, One-Stop centers, and State Employment Agencies.
Classroom Management:

In this role, you will:

  • Foster a positive learning environment to maximize student motivation.
  • Maintain discipline to enhance the learning experience.
  • Build strong rapport with students to encourage engagement.
Curriculum and Instruction:

You will utilize a variety of resources, including:

  • Resume writing and interview preparation techniques.
  • Job search strategies and networking opportunities.
  • Multimodal teaching approaches to cater to diverse learning styles.
Administrative Duties:

Your responsibilities will also encompass:

  • Completing necessary documentation and reports related to student progress and attendance.
  • Maintaining individual placement plans for graduates.
  • Participating in required training workshops.
Compliance and Safety:

It is essential to:

  • Adhere to safety protocols in all areas of responsibility.
  • Contribute to a respectful and harassment-free environment for both staff and students.
Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
