About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Product Manager to play a critical role in crafting and executing our digital vision. As a champion of the product vision, strategy, and overall product roadmap goals/KPIs aligned to strategic company objectives, you will partner with multiple product teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains and communicates strategic product roadmaps across multiple product workstreams.
- Deliver platform solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment.
- Communicates to executive stakeholders on channel strategy, execution, and performance.
- Conducts market research and digital strategies to drive innovation and maintain market leadership.
- Maintains product budgets, partner contracts, and financial models to prove ROI.
- Partner with Scrum teams, Product Owners, stakeholder, and business leaders to effectively achieve business goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Key skills: Product and Portfolio roadmap , Utility experience , Crafting and Executing Digital vision, JIRA , Product budgets, Partner contracts, and Financial models.
- Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination toward action.
- Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to a new product development team.
- Clear passion for topics of technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate.
- Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to build relationships.
- Understanding of the SDLC process and ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases.
- Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs.
- Five or more years experience in utility industry.
- Experience as a Product Analyst.
- Agile Product Owner certification.
- 'Black Belt' Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with relevant new product or technology development experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with teams developing and shipping software.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, marketing or related business discipline.
- Years of prior equivalent work-related experience in lieu of a degree (if applicable): 9+
- Years of prior equivalent work-related experience in addition to a degree: 5+ years experience in relevant business area.
- Licenses, certifications, or registrations: Product Owner certification.
