Sales Manager Trainee

As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will be part of our world-class management training program, where you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in sales and management. You will work closely with our experienced Store Managers to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
Our Sales Manager Trainees are responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering their questions and inquiries, and seeking out information and knowledge regarding new products. They also set and achieve personal goals, present and prepare contracts, and process transactions in our POS system.
We are looking for individuals who are coachable, hard-working, and committed to learning. You should have a minimum of 1 year of previous work experience in any field where you have had regular interaction with people. You should also be comfortable working with clientele and providing excellent customer service.
As a Sales Manager Trainee at Denver Mattress, you will have the opportunity to advance into a management position and enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package. You will also have access to our unique and proven business development techniques, which have been established over 35 years.
