Job Title: Senior Account Executive - Customer Experience Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Customer Experience Solutions Business Unit at EDCi. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and positioning our application as the go-to solution for customer care needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Genesys Cloud contact center application and its capabilities
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the customer care or contact center industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud contact center application
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
