POSITION SUMMARY:
- Welcome residents and guests by opening doors and providing a warm greeting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, their guests, and prospective tenants.
- Notify residents of visitors and manage deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with handling luggage and packages as required.
- Maintain a clean and inviting lobby area.
- Support residents and guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and car services.
Porter Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing and transporting refuse and recyclables.
- Performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as instructed.
- Monitoring the premises to ensure cleanliness.
- Cleaning common areas and public spaces as directed.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexibility in scheduling, with various shifts available.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a courteous, friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
