Residential Concierge Job Description

Kent Building Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and guests, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all residents and visitors, ensuring a positive and secure experience.
  • Monitor and control access to the property, utilizing advanced security systems and protocols to safeguard individuals and assets.
  • Conduct regular reviews of access control cameras, reporting any suspicious activity to management and taking prompt action to address concerns.
  • Offer a range of resident services, including package handling, dry cleaning, transportation options, and recommendations for local services and attractions.
  • Adhere to established operating policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer service and emergency response.
  • Enforce property rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents and guests.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of local attractions, nightlife, and services, providing expert recommendations to enhance the residential experience.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including Daily Activity Reports and incident reports, to management and other stakeholders.
  • Resolve resident and guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Hospitality training and/or experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury residential front desk operations and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and residents.
  • Knowledge of building management systems and access control protocols.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and identify solutions to complex problems.
