Responsibilities:- Transfer components from staging areas to assembly benches.
- Assemble valve or switch components according to assembly procedures and operation sheets.
- Read and interpret gauges, flow meters, and power supply read-outs to make simple judgment calls in quality.
- Perform required testing, including internal, external, mass spec, and functionality testing of completed valves, switches, and assemblies.
- Obey all safety rules and stop work if continuing is unsafe or will create an unsafe condition. Report all safety concerns immediately.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the lead or supervisor.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate the ability to set up required equipment and identify production problems.
- Demonstrate ability to understand quality requirements.
- Able to use hand tools, torque drivers, and other equipment in a safe and accurate manner.
- Display integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Must be a team player.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Minimum of one year of assembly, test, and pack experience.
- Blueprint Reading course or equivalent.
