Position Overview:
This role is designed to enhance the operational efficiency of patient access across various healthcare entities. The individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining and refining scheduling systems, templates, and workflows to optimize patient access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a communication bridge among Access and Clinic Operations, medical professionals, and support teams to foster effective collaboration.
  • Provide constructive feedback to leadership regarding strategies to meet access objectives and address challenges.
  • Lead discussions with clinical and operational teams to identify needs and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Assist team members in understanding new scheduling tools and their related processes.
  • Coordinate post-implementation evaluations to assess project outcomes and address any outstanding issues.
  • Review and intake proposals for changes and new initiatives to ensure they align with established standards; escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Analyze data and monitor trends to inform decision-making.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: Salary range is $51,000 to $82,264 annually.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
  • License/Certification: Not applicable.

Physical Requirements:
This position primarily involves sedentary work with extensive use of computer systems. Occasional travel may be required for meetings and training sessions.
