Pharmaceutical Production Specialist

Bryllan LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Technician to join our team in Brighton, Michigan. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and routine manufacturing of drug products in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing Operations: Follow detailed written instructions and procedures to perform manufacturing tasks, including dispensing, formulation, aseptic filling, and packaging.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the manufacturing process, and maintain a functional understanding of cGMPs and regulatory principles.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform equipment change-over, set-up, and cleaning for manufacturing processes, and troubleshoot basic mechanical operations/equipment in support of manufacturing unit operations.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately complete production documentation and maintain training records within expected timelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other operators and maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues and improve processes.
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent industry experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to accomplish tasks without supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate with others in a high-performance setting
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to treat every person with courtesy and respect
- Desire to work with others and share best practices with colleagues
- Competitive hourly rate: $20-$22/hour
- Shift premium: 10% for afternoon shift, 15% for midnight shift
