**Job Summary**

Brandt Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales budget in assigned product lines and supporting the product-line success of an assigned team of territory managers and dealers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Direct and support collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines.
  • Assist and train on qualified opportunities for both customer sales and dealer development.
  • Help launch and build a dealer network for Brandt's lineup of utility trailers.
  • Coordinate sales through Brandt's heavy haul trailer dealer network where there is a good fit for that market.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Provide coaching, training, and professional development to territory managers in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**

  • Background in trailer, construction or heavy truck sales experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Business considered a strong asset.
  • The ability to perform to the highest degree energy with minimal supervision.
