Your strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation skills, and high level of organization will enable you to manage complex cases and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and investigate insurance claims promptly and accurately.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other carriers.
  • Document claims handling process thoroughly and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing regulations, laws, and policies in the insurance industry.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Casualty Claims, Claims Handling, or as a Claims Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • High level of organization.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, laws, and policies.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business or Finance) is preferred.
