We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team, with a focus on Spanish-speaking clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our digital solutions, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customized on-site testing and personalization strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide expert guidance on product features, functionality, and onboarding best practices to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
- Analyze data and propose value-driving recommendations to optimize customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
- Native or business-level proficiency in Spanish.
- 3-8 years of experience in digital consultation or analytics, with a focus on customer success and digital marketing.
- Fortune 1000 client-facing experience as a CSM is preferred.
- B.A./B.S. degree in an analytical, economic, or business management discipline.
- Experience with digital analytics solutions, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
