**About the Role**

We're seeking an experienced **Customer Experience Specialist** to join our team at Relief Factor. As a specialist, you'll support our rapidly growing customer base by answering and resolving questions and concerns via phone and email.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and resolving high-volume telephone calls and emails
  • Creating new customer accounts and recommending additional products and services that benefit our customers
  • Processing orders and providing excellent customer service

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Reside in Washington State, Nevada, or Arizona
  • Have call center experience (preferably)
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Show a sense of urgency and professionalism in all interactions
  • Be able to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities concurrently

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of $20-$22 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and 15 PTO days in your first year and 10 paid holidays.
