Position Overview:

The Lead Neurodiagnostic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing both technical and administrative functions for neurodiagnostic personnel, including EEG and EMG technologists, as well as video monitoring specialists. This role entails clinical coordination of all neurodiagnostic services, including EEG, EMG, and evoked potentials, across both inpatient and outpatient settings. The supervisor will ensure 24/7 operational coverage for all service areas.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational certifications.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Neurodiagnostic Technician.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Capability to conduct all aspects of Neurodiagnostic testing.
  • Associate degree (2 years of college education).
Licenses and Certifications:
  • AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
  • ABRET registration in at least one of the following: EEG (preferred), EP, or NCS (to be obtained within 6 months of hire).
