Lead Clinical Programming for ABA Treatment

Cortica is seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervisor to oversee clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and oversight for teammates within your pod, including ABA Assistant Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve superior developmental outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed
