The successful candidate will work with a dynamic team of engineering technicians, construction inspectors, engineers, geologists, and project professionals to deliver a great client experience on each project. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting project managers with budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, project setup, documents and deliverables for assigned projects
  • Receiving and processing requests for proposals
  • Supporting preparation and delivery of cost estimates, project proposals, and contracts
  • Assisting with review of construction documents and preparing internal documents with testing requirements for assigned projects
  • Submitting contracts for review and supporting negotiation process to achieve signed contracts for all projects
  • May dispatch Technicians to project sites based on technician skill set, certifications, location, project, and priority
  • Assisting with project research and documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Assisting Department Manager in many aspects of Materials department tasks/activities
  • FOLLOWING safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participating in pre-task planning. Reporting any safety issues or concerns to management
  • Maintaining quality standards on all projects

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years related experience in engineering or construction support role
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history
