Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Team Lead to oversee our concrete team in Bozeman, MT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating layout and execution of individual work on the project site, ensuring all craft work conforms to contract requirements, and translating general work requirements and prioritizing crews, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute individual work on the project site, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Ensure all craft work conforms to contract requirements, including safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Translate general work requirements and prioritize crews, materials, and equipment to maximize production and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain work crews to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Identify, verify, and report any scheduling conflicts with contractors.
  • Prepare daily time sheets for all supervised personnel.
  • Understand and accept the importance and legal liability of the role, including OSHA requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in commercial concrete construction.
  • Valid motor vehicle license.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular overtime and Saturdays as needed. You will be required to climb permanent and temporary stairs and ladders, and negotiate work areas under construction. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. You will also be required to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed.
