Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Laborers to join our concrete teams in Belgrade, MT. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up and cleaning up for concrete pours
  • Shovel and vibrate concrete to ensure proper placement
  • Participate in the placement and finishing of site concrete
  • Assist operators by spotting and flagging
  • Contribute to the formwork of footings, walls, and columns using Symons Forming Systems
Requirements
  • Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
  • Capacity to work in standard and high-risk areas, including physical ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
