Project Management Director Job Description

SNI Companies is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Director to lead the development of our international project management practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing project management frameworks, tools, and technologies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and communicate project management frameworks and processes to stakeholders globally.
  • Develop and implement project management tools and technologies to support business operations.
  • Lead company projects and define project requirements and outcomes.
  • Build and manage a high-performing project team to ensure project success.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of leading projects and project management teams.
Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation package for this position includes a salary range of $160-200K, depending on experience, and a target bonus of 20%. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, supplemental life insurance, health savings account, fixed indemnity plans, and voluntary benefits.
