- Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, and assist patients in selecting frames that meet their vision needs.
- Store Environment: Participate in maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Visual Merchandising: Take pride in the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years in retail or customer service.
- Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
