Healthcare Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Hospital at Home Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the administrative and logistical functions of the Hospital at Home program. This position is remotely patient-facing and requires strong organizational skills to schedule care team visits, coordinate supply and equipment delivery, and arrange patient transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule all care team visits and coordinate supply and equipment delivery to patients' homes.
- Arrange patient transportation and track delays in transportation turnaround times.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality and safe patient care.
- Adhere to policies and procedures, including HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative support experience in a healthcare setting or direct patient care experience.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
