Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications
• Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of pharmaceuticals
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on pharmacy procedures and regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math skills and accuracy with counting and measuring
