About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team at Aegis Therapies. As a leader in the field of rehabilitation and wellness services, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and creating a supportive work environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of therapists and therapy assistants to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective therapy programs to meet the needs of our patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Current license in the state of practice (Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience
  • Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months
