Job Overview

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our customer success services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and functional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and functional support to customers on complex issues related to Oracle Fusion ERP Suite of SCM products.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems.
  • Collaborate with management to direct resolution of critical customer situations.
  • Develop and deliver formal team training sessions to achieve knowledge transfer with teammates.
  • Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others.
  • Creation and review of knowledge articles.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on implementation/support experience.
  • Good understanding of business flows and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and debugging skills for problem solving.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 to 2 Oracle Fusion SCM implementations or support exposure with hands-on experience in 2 to 3 of the following modules:
    • Fusion SCM
    • Fusion Procurement
    • Fusion Inventory
  • Added advantage with technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, HDL, Extract, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Conversion.
