About the Role

A Front Office Representative at Brand Avenue is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing the reception area, handling various administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and professional operation of the front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Visitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage Schedules and Appointments
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Coordinate Office Operations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and maintaining an organized reception area.
  • Support Administrative Tasks
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation to support the front office and overall office operations.
  • Communicate with Colleagues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office management is a plus.
  • Previous Experience
  • Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills and Expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
