HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at URUS Group. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including onboarding and training, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Support annual employee engagement surveys and performance management review process.
- Promote and role model diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Assist in coordinating employee events and recognition programs.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding processes, including orientation, tours, connections, and integration into the company culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and to support career development plans.
- Communicate training opportunities and support enrollments and accountability for participation.
- Accurate and timely communication of employee records, including new hires, status changes, and terminations.
- Generate HR reports and analytics.
- 5+ years of related HR experience.
- Ability to travel 25% or more.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; work experience in lieu of will be considered.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with HRIS, payroll systems, LMS systems, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
