Position Overview:
We are conducting a search for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager specializing in the manufacturing sector for a well-established, mid-sized, multi-site organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and disseminate comprehensive analyses for monthly financial assessments, focusing on sales performance, product mix, conversion costs, labor expenses, and warranty evaluations.
2. Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to identify trends and investigate underlying causes.
3. Recognize and seize opportunities to enhance profitable growth, improve gross margins, and increase segment income.
4. Collaborate with plant management teams to analyze and provide insights on variances from budget and forecasts.
5. Examine production variances related to materials and labor, working closely with management to identify root causes.
6. Engage in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and actively seek opportunities to boost financial performance.
7. Assess financial forecasts and actuals related to CI initiatives.
