E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As an Online Retail Associate, you will be responsible for filling and dispensing online orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Your primary focus will be on locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to ensure timely delivery to our customers. You will work closely with the customer service team to resolve any issues that may arise during the ordering process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill online orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Locate and retrieve merchandise from storage areas
- Prepare and package merchandise for shipment
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $15-$22 per hour, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
