About the Role

The Building Solutions Sales Lead is accountable for driving revenue growth and expanding Wells Concrete's presence in the facades industry through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies.

Main Objectives:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Leverage industry expertise to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum five years of sales experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods and local market dynamics.
  • Ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of success.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
