Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training provided by Fulcrum, and upon successful completion, will transition into full-time roles within our parent company.
Role Responsibilities:
As TPCs, you will travel to various client sites across the United States, delivering customized training solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements. During the training phase, candidates will receive a daily stipend of $260 to support living expenses. Following training, successful candidates can anticipate a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000, accompanied by a robust benefits package that includes generous time off and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in a designated office location.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred but not mandatory.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening and/or background check.
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record is required, along with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Some computer proficiency is necessary.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
- Willingness to travel domestically for up to 30% - 40% of the year, with trips lasting one to three weeks.
- Must meet the outlined physical demands.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to see clearly, including close, distance, color vision, and depth perception.
- Capability to listen through headphones.
- Physical endurance to walk up to 2 miles at a time and up to 6 miles daily.
- Occasional requirement to carry a lightweight backpack.
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Frequent climbing of hills/stairs may be necessary.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing and walking.

Pre-Employment Requirements: Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and a seven-week paid training program as a condition of employment. Final appointments are contingent upon passing the background check and completing the training.
Compensation and Benefits: Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be eligible for permanent positions. While in training, candidates will receive a stipend of $260 per working day. Graduates will be prepared for roles with a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000. The salary determination process will be discussed during interviews.
