Position Overview:

This is a full-time hourly role comprising five 9-hour shifts each week. Essential availability includes first, second, and/or third shifts, as well as weekends, holidays, and occasional double shifts.

The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective management of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. By mentoring, developing, and training Team Members, the Supervisor plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of Total Customer Dedication. The primary focus is to deliver an outstanding customer experience, which will be accomplished by upholding store standards, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and cultivating a positive environment for both Team Members and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assign and supervise tasks during assigned shifts
  • Onboard and train new Team Members in essential store operations
  • Collaborate with vendors in line with company policies
  • Ensure adherence to all loss prevention and cash control measures
  • Work alongside the Store Manager and department heads to meet sales and profitability targets
  • Participate in training sessions at the Corporate Support Center and/or Training Site as required
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in Food Service/Retail management preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Ability to lead and collaborate within a team
  • Willingness to travel to the Support Center and other locations within the assigned district
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Consistent punctuality and excellent attendance record
Physical Requirements:
  • Continuous standing
  • Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting
  • Frequent reaching
  • Occasional work in a cold environment
  • Lifting requirements:
    • Up to 10 lbs continuously
    • Up to 25 lbs frequently
