Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with fuel dispensers and associated components.
  • Software Management: Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade Point of Sale (POS) software.
  • Technical Support: Work with PCs to load necessary software and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor and maintain the accuracy of parts inventory.
  • Equipment Installation: Install, program, and test new petroleum equipment.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively explain technical issues to customers in understandable terms.
  • Professional Conduct: Arrive promptly for service calls and present oneself in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in petroleum service.
  • Certification in Gilbarco or Wayne dispenser service is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn industry-specific terminology and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and urgency in completing tasks.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds and pass a DOT physical exam.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
