- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Produkt- und Prozessmanagement.
- Starke Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre Teams zu leiten.
- Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
