Requirements

  • Analytical and intuitive skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information
  • Strong sense of professionalism, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to understand client needs and preferences
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with occasional Saturday shifts
